Barbecue-Flavored Chicken Breast Pinwheels

Didn't like this. Don't know why I even reached for a barbecue-flavored lunch. Too salty, with or without the sauce.  So what is it?  White chicken breast meat, smoked gouda cheese, BBQ sauce and onions in lavash bread. Price: $3.69

The complicated ingredients list is scary for me. I eat plain foods mostly. Not even sure I transcribed it accurately what with all the parentheses and brackets.
