Translation: Danger. Closed Sidewalk. Use the Other Side. Don't Walk in the Street.
It means to cross the street to the other side and not walk in the middle of the road. This sign is for me because I enjoy prancing down the middle of the street in my brightly colored clothes, waving my shimmering nails.
