Remove NavBar on Blogger Blog
One of the questions I often get about my blogs hosted on Blogger’s Blogspot is how I was able to remove the navbar strip that usually appears on top of the page.
Using just one line of CSS code, you can easily hide the navbar.
Instructions for Blogger blogs with widgets:
Find the LAYOUT tab on your Dashboard.
Under LAYOUT, click on Edit HTML.
In the template’s HTML code, look for the following line of code:
</b:skin>
Before that line, add in the following line:
#navbar { display: none; }
Click on SAVE TEMPLATE and view the blog.
*Does not work with Blogger’s classic templates from years ago.
Modifying a classic template involves replacing

with <noembed>
</noembed>
, which is not ideal.
