This is my favorite dental floss. I bought a dozen a year or so ago in bulk. That’s how prepared I was to commit to this brand.

Glide Comfort Plus literally just glides between your teeth. It’s also soft in such a way that it doesn’t snap into your gums. Rather than being like a string that digs painfully into your fingers’ skin, it’s more like a very thin ribbon (but definitely not the width of dental tape). Strong enough not to shred. “Contains a light coating of natural wax for improved grip.”

It is pricier than other brands, so buying in bulk (the 6-pack) is the way to go. I looked at it as a long-term investment — the minty flavor and slight scent make me look forward to flossing, and we know that brushing alone is not enough for oral hygiene!
