Bool KBBQ Truck at 2009 Korean Festival
Lots of Korean-Latin fusion cuisine on wheels these days in Los Angeles.
First, there was the hugely popular Kogi, which is now deploying around four taco trucks throughout the Southland.
And at the LA Korean Festival at Seoul International Park, Bool deployed one of its two trucks.
Bool offers a unique twist on the current fad.
More than just KBBQ tacos, burritos and kimchi quesadillas, it also offers pastel, a Brazilian pastry. That’s not Central Mexican but… South American!!
“Bool” is the Korean word for “fire.”
