Chef Michael Ruiz and the crew at Preux & Proper are set to bring the BigEasy to DTLA this Mardi Gras with a variety inspired dishes that showcase a fusion of NOLA cuisine and seasonal California ingredients. Can’t forget about the cocktails! Guests can look forward to P&P’s open-air frozen daiquiri bar and moonshine-based bar menu that features classic New Orleans cocktails reimagined.
