ALL'ANTICO VINAIO
The legendary sandwich shop of Florence has conquered New York and is now establishing outposts in Southern California.
Known for their freshly baked Tuscan schiacciata bread and obscenely generous helpings of meat, All’Antico Vinaio set up shop in L.A.’s KTown on March 29, 2024. Doors opened at noon with the promise of a free sandwich for each of the first 1,000 customers; however, barely a few hundred showed up during what Christians widely consider the saddest day of the year.
All’Antico Vinaio is considered a must-try when visiting Florence. The shop is in the heart of the city center, just minutes away from Piazza della Signoria. Sandwiches are made with a local bread called schiacciata. The shop has an endless selection of cold cuts, cheese, and homemade creams like the truffle cream and the artichoke cream.

QUANTO FATTURA ALL’ANTICO VINAIO 🤑
Since 1991, the Mazzanti family has been passionately running the three Florence locations of All’antico Vinaio and has been drawing crowds of both Italians and tourists alike due to exceptional ingredients and freshly baked Tuscan schiacciata bread. Arguably one of the best street-food experiences in the world, All’antico Vinaio has been dubbed by Saveur magazine as “home of the world’s best sandwiches.”
